At Humboldt Bay Coffee Company, we offer various purchasing options such as subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries of our coffee based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you opt to pay in advance.
Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you wish not to renew, you can cancel your subscription anytime. To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase products that are not yet in stock or are soon to be released. We may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, storing your payment method to charge the full or remaining amount once the product is available.
You can cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a full or partial refund according to our returns policy.
